By confirming a reservation through our online booking platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a seamless, professional, and enjoyable experience for all clients. Reservations & Confirmation: - All appointments must be made via our online booking system. - Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message. - We reserve the right to adjust or decline bookings where necessary due to availability, scheduling, or service requirements. Reservations Fees & Payments: - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations. - The remaining balance is due on the reservation date, as outlined during the booking process. - Rates are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the agreed rate. - Reservations may be cancelled if payment terms are not met. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. - Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability and sufficient notice. - Cancellations within 12 hrs or failure to attend your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur the full service fee. - Frequent cancellations may result in future bookings being declined. Late Arrivals: - To maintain a relaxed and timely experience for all clients, please arrive promptly. - Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund if the schedule cannot be adjusted. - Should the stylist experience any unavoidable delays, you will be notified as soon as possible. Client Care & Responsibilities: - Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or recent cosmetic treatments prior to the appointment. -We cannot be held responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed information. - Please ensure all reservation details, including service selections, are accurate at the time of booking. Satisfaction & Liability: - Services are delivered with the highest professional care and attention. - Style preferences should be communicated clearly during the appointment. - Due to the nature of services provided, refunds are not offered once services are completed. - Liability is limited to the value of the service booked. Acceptance of Terms: By completing an online reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
