The Luxe Experience has been created for clients who want an elevated beauty experience with premium final checks and extra time dedicated to perfecting every detail. Designed for Engagement Photos, Black Tie Events, Awards Nights and Luxury Celebrations. Includes: Everything in our Signature Experience plus - ✓ 15 min Pre-Experience consultation via Zoom with Sofia. ✓ 60 min Luxury skincare personal shopping experience (Available in NSW only). ✓ Hairstyle changes during preparation (if required). ✓ Body product application (if required). ✓ Luxe touch-up kit. ✓ Additional time perfecting every detail. ✓ Hair accessory placement (where applicable). Terms & Conditions
By confirming a reservation through our online booking platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a seamless, professional, and enjoyable experience for all clients. Reservations & Confirmation: - All appointments must be made via our online booking system. - Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message. - We reserve the right to adjust or decline bookings where necessary due to availability, scheduling, or service requirements. Reservations Fees & Payments: - A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all reservations. - The remaining balance is due on the reservation date, as outlined during the booking process. - Rates are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will always be honored at the agreed rate. - Reservations may be cancelled if payment terms are not met. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - We kindly request at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. - Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability and sufficient notice. - Cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and will incur the full service fee. - Frequent cancellations may result in future bookings being declined. Late Arrivals: - To maintain a relaxed and timely experience for all clients, please arrive promptly. - Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation without refund if the schedule cannot be adjusted. - Should the stylist experience any unavoidable delays, you will be notified as soon as possible. Client Care & Responsibilities: - Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or recent cosmetic treatments prior to the appointment. - We cannot be held responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed information. - Please ensure all reservation details, including service selections, are accurate at the time of booking. Satisfaction & Liability: - Services are delivered with the highest professional care and attention. - Style preferences should be communicated clearly during the appointment. - Due to the nature of services provided, refunds are not offered once services are completed. - Liability is limited to the value of the service booked.
